Clean and quiet area. Just a hop skip and a jump form the bus stop. Close to Monash freeway. Milk bar just around the corner. You would have your own entrance way. Can use the pergola area. If you need to bring your children over for access visits, that could be negotiated. Strictly no drugs or heavy drinking. No smoking inside the house but can smoke outside in the pergola.
